If you know of a dance that you want to share with others, then follow these instructions.
First enter the name of the dance in the box under "Event"
eg (Paul & Lynda's Social dance)
Then enter the "Location" eg (Cuckfield)
"Start Time" enter the date the dance is being held and the time the dance starts (24 hour clock)
"End Time" enter the same date that you put into the "Start Time" followed by the time the dance finishes.
Now enter details of the dance in the box below the "Distription" eg(Queens Hall, Weekly Lessons and Social dance, tea and coffee supplied)
